All prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Subscriptions are billed in advance on the anniversary date of the subscription (monthly or yearly); usage-based fees are billed in arrears.

MAU (monthly active user): a user for whom at least one identity operation (creation or update, sign-up, sign-in, sign-out, token refresh, password change, attribute update or query) occurs during the monthly billing period, as defined by Amazon Cognito. Each user is counted once per period.

Backend fee: percentage of the amount (excl. VAT) invoiced by the customer to its own end customers for its SaaS offering operated through ArrMesh.

Subscriptions are governed by our Terms of Subscription, SLA and DPA (only the French versions are legally binding).
