Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is one of the Contractual Documents of the ArrMesh service. The Customer undertakes to comply with it and to ensure compliance by its Users and, to the extent of its ability, by its End Customers.

1. Prohibited uses

The Service may not be used to:

• carry out any unlawful or fraudulent activity or infringe the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, personal data);
• distribute malware, viruses or any code intended to cause harm;
• send unsolicited communications (spam) using the notification or email features;
• host or manage an offering whose purpose is unlawful or subject to international sanctions;
• process special categories of data within the meaning of Articles 9 and 10 GDPR, without Atyos's prior written consent.

2. Integrity and security of the Service

It is prohibited to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other customers' accounts or data;
• bypass or test the security, authentication, quota or billing mechanisms, except for penetration tests authorised in writing by Atyos;
• deliberately overload the Service or disrupt its operation (denial of service, abusive automated requests);
• reverse engineer the Service beyond what the law permits.

3. Reporting

Any vulnerability or abuse may be reported by Customers through the support portal https://help.arrmesh.ai (Free Plan: support@arrmesh.ai) and, by anyone else, to hello@arrmesh.ai.

4. Consequences

In the event of a breach, Atyos may suspend the relevant access and, where applicable, terminate the contract under the conditions set out in the Terms of Subscription.
